LA FIT offers 1 hour Yoga Sessions at an Event starting at $125.00. We include 1 Yoga instructor ready to teach Yoga to a large group of individuals. The Event will provide space for the Yoga Session.

LA FIT teaches Yin Yoga. Through mindful muscle relaxation, yin yoga promotes the healthy flow of energy in the body through the connective tissue.
Hot Yoga
Performed in a HOT room it is designed to warm up and strengthen the body to prepare you for the next level. LA FIT will get you flowing with good music.
