Have the group form a seated or standing circle around the bride. You can place her in the center or have everyone place one hand toward the circle/heart space.

You may dim the energy slightly, slow your voice, and invite everyone to close their eyes.

Today we gather not only to celebrate a wedding…..but to honor a woman stepping into a new chapter of life, love, and partnership.

Larkin Stetler is a wife,  a mother of 2, and yoga instructor. Her journey began 18 years ago as an independent woman looking to manage her health and wellness. She found Yoga to not only be an exceptional way to achieve personal fitness but also a way to grow spiritually and gain mental clarity. It helped her negotiate the many twists and flips of life. Through 2 pregnancies and lifes countless curve balls, yoga has had a way of serving as a safe place. It has been a home, a confidant, it has served as nourishment and it has been her light in her darkest times. Larkin is a people person, she loves easily and genuinely. Two years ago she completed her 200 hour training to become a Yoga instructor as a way to empower others. She instructs her classes as microcosms of life. Many times during her sunrise classes the winds were strong but she encourages her class to hold their pose, the winds will calm. Sometimes during her beach classes the sand kicks up, but close your eyes and focus on your breathing, it will pass. Larkin learned that if she could hold herself up in Yoga, she could hold herself up in life and she wants more than anything to share this with you and show you how.Larkin has finished her 300 Hour Advanced Yoga Training in June 2019.

This class will start with connecting to your breath. As we flow through the practice you will become consciously aware of using breath with your movement. We will enter postures with a slower approach to give you time to fall into the correct alignment & form. Create strength, balance & strengthen your core while flowing mindfully. You will learn to maximize the benefits of the postures while finding energy & strength & at the same time staying kind & gentle to yourself. We will end the session with a short & sweet mindful meditation.

CANDLELIGHT YIN

Yin is a beautiful Meditative Practice. It emphasizes an opening & stretching of myofas-cial & muscle tissues. This allows the joints to decompress as they lengthen. While the warm glow of the candles creates a calm & soothing atmosphere so that you can go with in. Larkin will guide you through this practice using props & hands on adjustments with Thai touch.
This practice is for anyone that is holding extra tension or stress in the body from work-ing too hard, heavy doses of stress, or extreme workouts. You will leave relaxed & re-lieved of tightness & tension. You feel rejuvenated & ready for a good night’s sleep.
