The Root Circle is a 4 week program through the month of March. We will meet on Sunday afternoon for a 2 hr workshop at Blend.
How do you feel about your experience on your mat? If wish there was a special space where you deepen your understanding of the posture and how to move through them with more ease this is your workshop is for you. I am excited share tools and tricks to help you negotiate your yoga practice with more confidence.

March 5th, 12th, 19th and 26th. Week one we will start with the basics Down Dog and Chataraga (shoulder alignment game changer)
The next weeks moving through strength and balance posture. The last week working through all that we learned in the special class.

What to except

  • We will be working through 5 or so postures verbally and physically.
  • We will be using props such as the wall, blocks, strap and hands on adjustments (of course only with your permission) to feel proper alignment and learn how to modify when needed.
  • Ending with a guided meditation 🧘‍♀️
