Slow Flow is a nurturing, breath-focused class designed to help you unwind, reconnect, and move with intention. Over the course of 60 minutes, you’ll be guided through a gentle sequence that blends mindful movement with steady, controlled breathing. This class invites you to slow down, soften, and become fully present in each posture.

We take our time exploring key areas of the body—including the hips and shoulders—where stress and tension often collect. Along the way, we bring special attention to the smaller but essential muscle groups such as the wrists, ankles, and deep stabilizers that support balance and mobility. This mindful approach helps create space, improve alignment, and enhance overall body awareness.

Every Sunday, we introduce something new to keep the practice fresh and inspiring. Whether it’s a new posture, a new way of moving, or a new area of focus, each class offers an opportunity to expand your practice, reconnect with yourself, and discover what your body truly needs.
